New Filtration System

German engineering result, the new system is an innovative filtering charge designed for water filtration in swimming pools.
It serves to replace the filter medium normally supplied with a filter. E 'compatible with the sand filters, cartridge filters and other filters, does not require any specific installation: it is simple, practical and effective.

The polymer fiber is a new patented technology which is characterized by the cylindrical shape.
These bubbles are formed by a slightly more dense core of their surface layer.
This process linked to the DYFIX® fixing technology enables:
maximize the surface of the filter medium.
filter out fine particles (10μm).
pick up 98.5% of the particles.

Its structure gives a soft and light volume.
With its slight weight, it carries and installs easily, simplifying maintenance operations (replacement, cleaning ...): 350 grams equals one lot of 25 kg of sand.

EASY INSTALLATION


It is installed to replace your filter charge. The original elements are preserved: pre-filters, valves.
Easy to use, quick to implement. It replaces the existing filter material in a simple way.
For sand filters, just fill them with the new material at the same level of the sand: 350 grams of equivalent to 25kg of sand.
The filter (10 microns) finesse makes thorough cleaning of your filter superfluous, the residues of sand will be filtered from the polymer fiber.

It adapts to all forms of filters

The shaped polymer fibers bubble allow him to create a homogeneous carpet that fits in tanks of any shape. These denser water bubbles do not float, do not suffer the water pressure and retain their shape.

Quality and safety


The material is safe for swimmers. The polyester used contains antimony in the heart of its fibers, but not on the surface. Of the tests carried out in acid solution show that a kg of fibers contains 1.4 mg of antimony. The polyester used comes from recycled bottles, a raw material of high quality, combined with other high performance materials.

THE ADVANTAGES


No dripping carica.Grazie to its shape and its composition, there is no loss of charge. While the sand presents a risk of clogging, the polyester remains unchanged throughout its use.
low weight. About 75 kg of sand are required for a medium filter tank. This quantity may be replaced by 3 bags of filtering material, or just over 1 kg.
saving water and electricity, makes it possible to obtain up to 40% energy savings.
Reduction of cleaning frequencies. The backwashing of a sand filter is a process to be carried out regularly. energy costs and consumes a lot of water. With this material you reduce the frequency of backwashing.
Better filtration without hampering water. The use of sand as a filter medium generates a significant increase of line pressure (about 200mbar). FIBALON® ensures a small difference of pressure: about 20 mbar (measured before and after the filter).
Selectivity. Its fibrous structure gives a selectivity of about 10 microns. Comparatively the sand does not filter above 20 microns.
Lifespan. This material has an average lifespan of 3-4 years, if not more. Coupled to a DYFIX® absorption system, it has a shape and a composition that allow to maintain its effects. In this way the balls are not compressed by the water pressure.
Lightweight and packable, it can be manipulated easily.
Frost resistance. Insensitive to frost, heat resistant (up to 95 ° C) and climate change.
energy efficiency. The ratio of the energy used directly by the new material and energy consumed is very beneficial, the order of 95%.
Collection of particles. Lab tested, the technology captures up to 98.5% of the particles.
Clogging. It 'made from polyester fibers that have a low water resistance. The shape of the bubbles remains unchanged and is not filled.
Need flocculant. The high selectivity of the polyester particles (up to 10 microns) allows to avoid the use of flocculant.
chemical resistance. The 100% polyester composition gives it a high resistance to chemicals.
